ContextLoaderListener

一  ContextLoaderListener

Spring 提供了监听器 ContextLoaderListener ，实现 ServletContextListener 接口，可监听

ServletContext 的状态，在 web 服务器的启动，读取 Spring 的配置文件，创建 Spring 的 IOC 容器。 web应用中必须在 web.xml 中配置
