springboot项目在Idea可以运行，在终端使用命令java -jar运行报错问题解决

报错信息如下：

之前我也找了很久的这个解决方案，发现很多方法解决不了，于是自己又摸索了一下，后面发现报错里提到了有关jdbc的问题 

 然后我就去项目的pom.xml文件看了，发现是我mysql依赖弄错了scope，写成版本号了

 之后，解决办法就是改成如下图，之后重新打包运行就正常了
