Maven: NoGoalSpecifiedException

今天写springmvc基于tomcat插件部署的maven web项目时，遇到的错误是NoGoalSpecifiedException，这表明Maven不知道应该执行什么操作，因为没有指定任何构建目标或生命周期阶段。

我采用的方法是：

在pom.xml文件中增加一行，下面install或者compile都可以。

<defaultGoal>install</defaultGoal>

<defaultGoal>compile</defaultGoal>
