$text：file_get_contents()把文件读取出来放到字符串里

那就要把$text当成文件传入值：

$file里不能有flag，但它会被文件包含，后面又有一个useless.php，可能是要包含这个

file=php://filter/read=convert.base64-encode/resource=useless.php

 解码得到，这应该就是flag所在的文件了
