SpringMVC的基础配置

1.创建名字是SpringMVCTest的web项目，创建如图包，文件夹，jsp文件以及xml文件

2.添加所需jar包

jar包链接在这，放到WEB-INF里的lib目录下

3.编写web.xml文件，添加前端控制器，编辑如下代码

4.编写核心配置文件SpringMVC.xml

这样简单的spring基础配置就完成了
