Cannot resolve plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-site-plugin:3.8.2报错，IDEA的maven爆红，镜像更改

问题：项目打开爆红，maven更新无效，项目重导入无效

原因：maven下载镜像源出现问题

更改镜像源

1.首先保证maven路径有效

2.其次保证环境配置正确

3.修改镜像网站

找到setting.Xml文件，用写字板打开方式修改，在<mirrors></mirrors>之间加入镜像内容：
