open 函数用于打开文件，它的基本语法为：

• file: 文件路径或文件对象。
• mode: 打开文件的模式，常见的模式包括 'r'（读取）、'w'（写入）、'a'（追加）等。
• encoding: 文件编码，通常使用 'utf-8'。

# 读取文件

2 使用 json 模块进行 JSON 数据处理
