P2058 [NOIP2016 普及组] 海港--模拟，map，双指针

思路：首先肯定要存储每艘船的乘客国籍有哪些，还要存储有多少个国籍。
我们可以分开存储，分别用vector（相当于二维数组）和map。

我们求一天内（某个时间段）的所有船的信息。用具有单调性。用双指针。
