when grant object authority (GRTOBJAUT), you may find that in iSeries have 2 level authority control :
- object authority
- object authority list

if both level have same authority owner but difference authority steup, what will happend?

like Object level *PUBLIC *EXCLUDE, but authority lsit is *PUBLIC*ALL.

The result is object authority level will higher than authority list, which means that for above example, the *PUBLIC authority will be *EXCLUDE.
