问题描述

今天在学习Spring Guide时，遇到了以下问题，记录以下解决方法
A problem occurred configuring root project 'gs-scheduling-tasks'
Could not resolve all artifacts for configuration ':classpath'
Could not resolve org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-gradle-plugin:3.3.0.

具体报错如下：

A problem occurred configuring root project 'gs-scheduling-tasks'.
