首先去www.smarty.net下载最新版的Smarty
把下载后的压缩包在网站根目录下解压
tar -zxvf myindex Smarty.tar.gz
把解压后的文件夹中的libs放到网站根目录下，并且改名字为smarty
然后在根目录下建立下面两个文件夹 templates 和 templates_c
最后在根目录下编写index.php 代码如下：

include_once('./Smarty/Smarty.class.php');$smarty = new Smarty();
$smarty -> template_dir = "./templates"; //模板存放目录
$smarty -> compile_dir = "./templates_c"; //编译目录
$smarty -> left_delimiter = "{{"; //左定界符
$smarty -> right_delimiter = "}}"; //右定界符
$smarty -> assign('test','OK');
$smarty -> display('test.html');
?>
在templates文件夹下编写test.html 代码如下

<head>
</head>
<body>
{{$test}}
</body>
</html>
最后更改templates_c的权限 chmod a+xwr templates_c
运行index.php测试
显示 OK 就行了
