WEB应用使用过滤器解决编码乱码问题

增加类：

public class FilterChar  implements Filter{

	public void doFilter(ServletRequest request, ServletResponse response,
			FilterChain chain) throws IOException, ServletException {
			HttpServletRequest req;
		    req = (HttpServletRequest) request;

		    HttpServletResponse res;
		    res = (HttpServletResponse) response;

		    req.setCharacterEncoding(config);
		    res.setCharacterEncoding(config);
		   
		    chain.doFilter(req, res);		
	}
	  /**
	    * 获得web.xml中初始化的参数
	    */
	@Override
	public void init(FilterConfig config) throws ServletException {
		// TODO Auto-generated method stub
		this.config = config.getInitParameter("chars");
	}
}

发现  res.setCharacterEncoding(config); 报错，结果一查看，原来我引用的servlet-api是2.3 的，版本太低了，由于我用的maven,所以直接pom.xml中增加

放在靠前的位置。
