JavaWeb中c标签无法使用问题的解决

昨天实训要搭建一个javaweb的项目，需要在jsp中使用c标签。但是发现一些c标签不能使用，<c:out>可以使用，<c:if> <c:foreach>就不能用，这个问题困扰了我数个小时，心态快没了。还好我及时调整了心态，解决了问题。
要导入两个jar包，一个是standard和jstl，另外在每个使用c标签的jsp文件中要加入以下代码：

	<%@taglib prefix="c" uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core"%>

发现不得行，最后在我之前的一个JavaWeb项目中发现需要配置以下web.xml文件：
