Rescue ,recovery and clean up in Southwestern from China after moderate earthquake strikes, killing one person and injuring more than three hundred and twenty. It happened Thursday night, the six point two zero magnitude earthquake centered in Yuan contry in Yunnan Province.
Chinese state media said approximately eighteen thousand home collapsed and nearly forty thousand home were damaged. The quake was followed by eight aftershocks.
Chinese government sent forty-five hundred tents, three thousand quilts and other relief supplies to the quake zone in Yunnan Province. hundreds of police had been dispatch to the quake zone as well. The quake Province is in the mountainous region that lies on Chinese southern border with Thailand and and near Myanmar. It also bothered Sichuan Province where 7.9 magnitude quake last year, left almost ninty thousand people dead or missing.
