But the massive loss of users of top-level Dapp applications reflects the current state of the market.

       From speculation to application, do Dapp still have future?

Cryptokitties as the first app to taste the crab, at that time, it was too popular to purchase. With its popularity, ETH coin’s price has been pushed higher. In just a few hours, it took up more than 15% of Ethereum's network, contributing Ethereum trading volume about 30%, and even caused congestion in the Ethereum network. The popular cats sold for millions of yuan.

Its success quickly ushered in a number of imitators, Netease inside a "Lucky Cat", Baidu on the line "Litz dog", Xiaomi launched "encrypted rabbit" ...

According to the third-party platform "Bitgame", as of January 1, 2018, the number of CryptoKitties cats reached 355,619, and the number of sold cats reached 156,746, with 379,978 transactions.

But we can find that these once popular Dapp did not solve any practical problems, but more like a speculative "business."

Dapp, represented by crypto cats and Fomo3D, is more like a "humanity test site", and users are more involved in the interests.

In particular, the gambling game of Fomo3D is even accused of being a "Ponzi scheme", which is no longer attractive as the game ends.

This is the dilemma of the current Dapp market, where users are attracted to speculation and can also sneak up after the game ends.

The current coldness of Dapp does not mean that it has no future, but it may be the sunny after the rainstorm. At this point the sky became thorough, and the level became clear after the silence, and the sun was shining brightly above the head.

Ethereum price to USD was originally quite steady. In May 2017, the price started to rocket and reached the historical high at 1,437.77 USD on Dec 14, 2017. And after that, it saw a considerable decline while varying.
