我的2014年计划 (职业的和个人的）

我每年都会在年初的时候制定自己的计划，然后定期会看看做的如何。
往年都是保存在自己的电脑上，今年我打算放在这里。一来可以和别人分享，听听别人的高见；二来，让自己的朋友看到也能催促自己达成这些目标。欢迎大家给出建议，指教。:)

 

Professional Goals

2014 IDP – Professional Goals
Overall Objective: to become senior project manager in 1~2 years. (it was 1~2 years in 2013 IDP) I plan to strengthen following areas: -          Leadership -          Communication in English (Emails, Meetings and Soft Skills) -          Be a good Scrum Master

Leadership	Be a leader who can: -          Think strategically and logically -          Influence others -          Communicate very well with the team -          Make changes in the team, and even in the organization	1. Complete the 2014 Leadership Program with results: a.       Read the materials regularly, and ensure I finished the reading and think by myself before the monthly leader meeting b.      Give myself an objective which I really want to improve in 2014, I want to make achievement regarding communication within the team. 2. Read the books to help me think hard and deeply. Re-read following books: -    Brilliant project manager -    Peopleware -    Mythical Man Month -    Lean toolkit -    Management 3.0 -    Emotional Intelligence for Project Managers: The People Skills You Need to Acheive Outstanding Results -    Shortcuts to Success: Project Management in the Real World After reading, I should think by myself what I learned from this book, and think about our team’s problem, and apply what I learned to solve real problem.

Business English Writing	In 2013, I wrote ~50 fortnightly reports, and made 20+ project reviews to senior managers. I found that I’m still not able to write very well in English.
