解决方法：

登录命令

docker login 192.168.180.204:19080

再次推送：

docker push 192.168.180.204:19080/ai-box/redis/soc:1.0

推送成功，即可在仓库管理平台上查看：

另外，如果是测试环境，也可将Harbor上的仓库设置为公开，也能解决此问题.
