Given n non-negative integers representing an elevation map where the width of each bar is 1, compute how much water it is able to trap after raining.
The above elevation map is represented by array [0,1,0,2,1,0,1,3,2,1,2,1]. In this case, 6 units of rain water (blue section) are being trapped. Thanks Marcos for contributing this image!
Example:
Input: [0,1,0,2,1,0,1,3,2,1,2,1]
Output: 6

例如,left_max 就是指针left 左边最长的线,right_max 同理。
2)如果height[left] >= height[right],同理(1)。
class Solution(object):
def trap(self, height):
"""
:type height: List[int]
:rtype: int
"""
left, right = 0, len(height) - 1
max_left, max_right = 0, 0
res = 0
while left < right:
if height[left] <= height[right]:
if height[left] < max_left:
res += max_left - height[left]
else:
max_left = height[left]
left += 1
else:
if height[right] < max_right:
res += max_right - height[right]
else:
max_right = height[right]
right -= 1
return res
