解决

报错时的资源文件写法：
<context:property-placeholder location="jdbc.properties"/>
然后改成下面这样就解决这个报错了
<context:property-placeholder location="classpath:jdbc.properties"/>

加上 classpath: 解决完上面的报错后，又出现的新的报错

Could not resolve placeholder ‘jdbc.driver’ in string value “${jdbc.driver}”

解决

报错时写法

后来改成
<context:property-placeholder location="classpath:jdbc.properties" ignore-unresolvable="true"/>
相比原来加了个ignore-unresolvable="true"就好了
