1、struts版本：struts-2.3.24.1
2、开发工具：Eclispe EE
3、jdk1.8
4、Tomcat8
5、编码：utf-8

环境搭建

1、新建 Dynamic Web Project项目 strutsdemo1
2、用winrar解压 struts-2.3.24.1\apps\struts2-blank.war
3、复制 WEB-INF\lib 下所有 jar包到 WebContent\WEB-INF\lib下
4、把 web.xml 复制到 WebContent\WEB-INF，修改为下面：

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<web-app id="WebApp_9" version="2.4" xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee"
         xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
         xsi:schemaLocation="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee/web-app_2_4.xsd">

    <display-name>Struts Blank</display-name>

    <filter>
        <filter-name>struts2</filter-name>
        <filter-class>org.apache.struts2.dispatcher.ng.filter.StrutsPrepareAndExecuteFilter</filter-class>
    </filter>

    <filter-mapping>
        <filter-name>struts2</filter-name>
        <url-pattern>/*</url-pattern>
    </filter-mapping>

    <welcome-file-list>
        <welcome-file>index.jsp</welcome-file>
    </welcome-file-list>

</web-app>

5、复制 struts.xml 到 src 根目录，修改为下面：

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<!DOCTYPE struts PUBLIC
    "-//Apache Software Foundation//DTD Struts Configuration 2.3//EN"
    "http://struts.apache.org/dtds/struts-2.3.dtd">

<struts>
    <package name="wyzc" extends="struts-default" namespace="/user">
        <action name="helloworld" class="cn.wyzc.action.HelloWorldAction" method="execute">
            <result name="helloworld">/1.jsp</result>
        </action>
    </package>

</struts>

6、建立HelloWorldAction类，包名为cn.wyzc.action，代码：

package cn.wyzc.action;

public class HelloWorldAction {

    public String execute(){
        System.out.println("Hello World");
        return "helloworld";
    }
}

7、新建 1.jsp到 WebContent文件夹下面：

<%@ page language="java" contentType="text/html; charset=UTF-8"
    pageEncoding="UTF-8"%>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
<title>Insert title here</title>
</head>
<body>
    <h1>Hello World Action</h1>
</body>
</html>

8、右键 Run on Server 运行项目
9、地址栏输入 http://localhost:8080/strutsdemo1/user/helloworld，控制台输出 Hello World 即成功。
