当您打开一个文本文件或 CSV 文件并且前两个字符的文件是大写字母 " I " 和 " D " 问题。 例如, 文本文件可能包含以下文本：

   ID, STATUS
   123, open
   456, closed   

不会 注意 如果前两个字母是字母 " i " 和 " d " 不发生此问题。
