vc的MSDN的一段话不是很理解

在做一个可编辑的CMSFlexGrid控件时，遇到以下问题：
我是按照MSDN上的说明做的，但最后有段关于如何调用这个新定义的控件EditGrid时不是很理解;原文如下：

Create an instance of the CEditGrid control in either of the following ways:

1、Add the MSFlexGrid control to a dialog box or CFormView using the Resource Editor. You can then subclass the control by holding down the CTRL key and double-clicking on the control in the Resource Editor. You must edit the .h file, and change the class from CMSFlexGrid to CEditGrid. 

2、Create the control dynamically. To do this, you need to override the CEditGrid::Create functions to call CMSFlexGrid::Create. You also need to call CEditGrid::SubClassWindow() to subclass it. For more information, see the REFERENCES section of this article. 
我想用第1个方法创建实例，并在dialog box中使用该控件，但它提到的Resource Editor在哪？还有修改那个头文件(.h)
有知道的情说的详细点。
