• Click Start, click Run, type Regedt32, and then clickOK.
• Locate and then click the following key in the Registry Editor:
  
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\100\ConfigurationState
• In the right pane of the Registry Editor, select CommonFiles DWord value.
• On the Edit menu, click Modify.
• Type 3, and then click OK.
• Quit Registry Editor.
• Rerun the edition upgrade            (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc707783.aspx)       procedure to complete the upgrade of all the components to a licensed edition.
• After the edition upgrade is complete, refer to the following Knowledge Base article to prevent issues with future updates to the instance.

  1.修改注册表中HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\100\ConfigurationState值为3

  2.打开Microsoft SQL Server 2008\配置工具\SQL Server 安装中心\ 维护\版本升级

  然后填入密钥：eg：Enterprise: JD8Y6-HQG69-P9H84-XDTPG-34MBB
