定义5行

        </Grid.RowDefinitions>

在上面5行分别放上5个button,

        <Button Grid.Row="1" Grid.Column="0" Margin="5 30" />
        <Button Grid.Row="2" Grid.Column="0" Margin="5 30 100 0" />
        <Button Grid.Row="3" Grid.Column="0" Margin="20" Height="40" Width="100" />
        <Button Grid.Row="4" Grid.Column="0" Margin="20" Height="40" Width="100" HorizontalAlignment="Left" />

下面是 button垂直方向对齐或拉伸
