android6.0-7.0的sd卡动态权限配置工具类

首先要在清单文件配置

    <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE"/>
    <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE"/>

然后动态配置
