Maven在windows下设置代理须知

官网设置代理介绍地址：http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-proxies.html  

但是注意里面有这样一句话：Please note that currently NTLM proxies are not supported as they have not been tested. You may be able to use the relevant system properties on JDK 1.4+ to make this work.

解决：

1. Download the wagon-http-lightweight-2.2.jar from http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/wagon/wagon-http-lightweight/2.2/wagon-http-lightweight-2.2.jar
2. Copy the downloaded file to %M2_HOME%/lib/ext folder.
