Oracle EBS configuration and error occurs

The first time you open an 11i instance, you need to install a javaplug-in unit, better to install it in your disk D… and when you open your EBS11i instance it show some errors like:

 

1)      Internet Explorer has stopped working.

Reason: Your JVM vision is incorrect.

Solution: Find the correct jvm.dll vision toreplace your local, the JVM path like D:\program file\JInitiator1.3.1.18\bin\hotspot.

 

2)     A problem with this webpage caused Internet Explorer to close and reopen the tab.

Reason: Internet Options Problem.

Solution: GO：Internet Options->security-->trusted sites->customer level.

Action:  Change Enable XSS filter to disable.

If the “Security Level for this zone” is disabled, and you cannot change it, please find below step to enable it:

           GO: Local Group PolicyEditor->Computer Configuration->Administrative Templates->WindowsComponents-> Internet Explorer->Click it

               a.      Find Security Zones: Use only machinesettings->disables the state

               b.     Find Security Zones: Do not allow users tochange policies->disables the state

               c.      Find Security Zones: Do not allow users toadd/delete sites->disables the state

 

3)     FRM-91126 or APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 6502 inafscpcon

Reason: Your security level problem

Solution: GO：Start->Run->policy->edit grouppolicy->user configuration->administrative templates->internet explore

Action: Let “disable changing advanced pagesettings” be enabled
