今起，我也将正式入驻JavaEye博客了，以期和JEer们有个交流互动的过程。
为了实现习技术、深入领域设计等目标，我计划每周都要对博客进行原创更新。

首先是个人简介：
本人Java开发（企业应用）已两年时间，仍处在各种技术的学习和摸索阶段。之前因为比较忙或者不自信几乎没有在网上发过文章。目前服务于电力行业，但无从接触几大核心系统，不幸一直主要做着SSH。但有幸经历过与一些大系统的合作和多系统集成的项目经验，也了解了其中的奥妙和繁琐。
我的十年内目标 = 精通对于某主流行业（如物流、金融、电信，医疗等，大方向仍未定）的解决方案和实际实施能力，并成为该方面的IT专家。因为“企业应用”这种信息化模式是直接作用于社会发展最前沿的，如实施得当，其对经济进步和社会发展作用将会最为显著。（相对于互联网 = 第三种媒体眼球经济、家用软件开发 = 生活工作好帮手、游戏开发 = 轻松娱乐精神调剂等）
也许在中国做咨询是靠忽悠是靠关系，但我想踏踏实实的技术和业务能力是在任何时候都有用的，包括忽悠的时候，所以决不能因为这点而放弃学习; 又也许中国目前大行业领域IT水平的局限，主要还是在于实际客户信息化的应用能力弱，无关乎咨询公司的设计开发能力。（其实在普通人生活中的IT应用现状亦是如此，多数人只会使用QQ/QQ游戏，IE，顶多是Office）
我梦想进入的公司是IBM，因为他是计算机应用和企业应用的始祖，他也是众多跨时代技术的发明者和推广者。（这是HP、甲骨文、微软等公司们不能相比的）

我目前的学习方向是：
1. J2EE框架设计、部署优化、分布式等内容。
2. 面向对象及领域设计。
3. Oracle数据库管理、各特性研究等。
4. 电力和物流的行业知识。

在网上经常能看到很多经典的评述和文章。虽然互相转载频繁，但毕竟还是有人在写，我也希望我能成为其中一部分。争取能使网上的垃圾信息更少一些，有用的知识更加多一些。
不论我的技术和英文水平何如，我都将试着表达和发布。因为失败和逆耳忠言才会是最好的老师。正如[url=http://www.china-pub.com/192175]《卓有成效的程序员》[/url]中曾经说的一样，要保有初心，才能不断接受新事物和提高自己。像婴儿一样不断尝试不断失败中，才能进步。
我准备将看书实践的心得、体会发布在博客中，同时锻炼英文写作和表达能力。

Since today, I‘ve decided to move my blog here in JavaEye, hoping that we all JEer could communicate well.

For reach the goal of learning technics, and being deep in design of some spec industry, I plan to update my blog at least every week.

First be my resume:
I've worked in Java enterprise application field for just two years, but everything is still new for me, and I'm keeping learning & groping my way. Our corp now serves for Electrical Industry, which has mere chance to reach for kinds of core sys.
My ten-year goal is to master the solution and implementation of one of the main stream industries, like Logistics, Economics, Telecommunications, Medical, etc.(but still unsure), and proudly become one export. Because I think Enterprise Application directly applies to the front of social development, esp. in China, and its effect to the economic & society will be the most profound. (comparing with Internet = the 3rd media, domestic applications = life & work helper, video game = entertainment & metal coffee, etc.)
My ideal employer is IBM, who is the earliest ancestor of computer application & enterprise application, also the creator and promoter of so many revolutionary technologies. (That's what HP, Oracle and Microsoft cannot stand with.) Her relational database completely change the application pattern of all industry. Her developerworks is the heaven of Iters worldwide. And Her Intelligent Earth & packages are really amazing.

My current learning hotspot is:
1. J2EE framework design, deploy optimization, and distribution topic, etc.
2. OO & industry design.
3. Oracle database basic administration & features.
4. Electrical industry & Logistics industry knowledge.

I've read bunches of fantabulous comments & articles from Internet. I will sure join you, urging to help the Internet less trash, more knowledge.
Whatever my tech & english ability are, I will try to express & publish. Because failure not success, tough advice not praise, will be the best teacher. We may get progress during the recurrence of try and fail. Yeah, I either scheduled to practice The [url=http://www.china-pub.com/192529]Buzan Study Skills[/url] that ideally means you could learn a thick book within a week.
I plan to publish my review of book, real works, and meanwhile writing the bi-language form for practice my english writing & expression.
