让sudo命令一直显示提示信息"With great power comes great responsibility"

第一次使用sudo时，会显示如下内容：

We trust you have received the usual lecture from the local System
Administrator. It usually boils down to these three things:

    #1) Respect the privacy of others.
    #2) Think before you type.
    #3) With great power comes great responsibility.

以后使用sudo后都不会产生如上提醒。如果需要让用户每次都看到这个提醒，按照如下方式

vim /etc/sudoers.d/privacy

Defaults        lecture = always
