环境：AIX6L+11gR2+ASM+RAC

在asm的alert日志里面一直出现

NOTE: [emcrsp.bin@rac11g1 (TNS V1-V3) 8323200] opening OCR file

的日志信息。

查了一下Metalink，发现这竟然是个Bug，不过Patch找不到，MOS上恢复只能升级到11.2.0.3，没有临时补丁，要不然就只能忽略这个信息了，郁闷。

Symptoms

Database or ASM instance's alert_<ORACLE_SID>.log is flushed with the following message:

NOTE: [emcrsp.bin@racnode1 (TNS V1-V3) 3159] opening OCR file

OR:

NOTE: [emcrsp.exe 5464:5416] opening OCR file

Cause

Oracle code defect.

Solution

1. Due to bug 11675995 which is closed as duplicate of unpublished base bug 9897335 which is fixed in 11.2.0.3 and above, patch 9897335 exists for certain platform/version.

2. Due to bug 13558914 which is still being worked by Development at the time of this writing


The message can be ignored as it posts no harm.
