From OGG v11.2.1.07 onwards we have a new command to start the replicat if the issue is encountered 
and so we could avoid the calculations that needs to be done as explained in the primary KM - 1138409.1

至于Replicat Checkpoint RBA 大于 Local Trail Size 的原因,见下:
After a system outage, a Replicat could get abended with the following error message. This issue occurs when the replicat read checkpoint RBA is larger than the local trail file size that it reads.

2011-11-28 07:51:36 ERROR OGG-01705 Input checkpoint position 160374765 for input trail file '/ogg-data/ogg/itmscmp/rmtdir/pe027505' is greater 
than the size of the file (160301092). Please consult Oracle Knowledge Management Doc ID 1138409.1. for instructions.
