How to programmatically rollback limbo transactions

Abstract: Programming using the InterBase API is required to rollback a limbo transaction

Problem:
How do I programmatically rollback limbo transactions?

Solution:
Attach to the database
  use isc_database_info to get a list of all limbo transactions.
 
For each limbo
   isc_reconnect_transaction to attach to it.
   isc_rollback_transaction
 
Here is the function declaration for isc_reconnect_transaction from ibase.h
which is shipped with the InterBase kit.
