在neo4j 3.x版本中，只要输入 username: neo4j password:neo4j 就可以进入重置密码界面，但是在neo4j 4.x版本中无法登录

解决办法：

将 neo4j://0.0.0.0:7687 改为 bolt://IP:7687

登录成功
