The absolute uri: cannot be resolved in either web.xml or the jar files

同时报两个错，absolute uri，jstl引用出错

classNotFound错

之前走了弯路，jsp没有转成classes，以为是tomcat出错，servlet-api之类的冲突，因为确实没看到classes

后来发现还是uri，jstl的问题，出错了当然编译不通过

解决方法：改jstl的maven引用，重新编译maven，jdk选择jdk7（我本地环境是7），之前还不小心勾了jdk8

后来把jdk8的勾去掉了
