This is Madhavi Singaraju from IBM Websphere Portal Level 2 support. We have received this PMR and i will be assisting you on this. I have reviewed the logs and the errors during DB transfer. Below are my responses to your questions(in bold):

1.Why the wpcpdb2insert.sql is not installed automatically with WPS?

This is known error which sometimes is caused due to LOCKS on wpcp tables. Please see the following URL for more information on how to resolve that:

2.Are these build failed error message harmful? Can them cause WPS error
s ? How to solve them?

The build failed messages in wpinstall log are not relatet to actual portal server install. These messages sometimes appear and i think it is only happening when validating wpcp authoring server. I could not see the validte jacl file in my environment as well. As i could not see any other errors in the portal install log, portal seems to have installed without any problem.
