原创 [已解决].py借pyinstaller 包成.exe运行，遇报Error loading Python DLL，耽误甚久，遂将信息汇总分享
最终，通过安装Visual Studio 2015 VCRedist package x86到模拟客户的win7 OS环境中，完美解决了此次的问题。
