arcgis engine runtime错误

安装arcgis engine 9.2 runtime 后，运行所开发的程序，发现老报这个错。

System.IO.FileNotFoundException:  Could not load file or assembly 'ESRI.ArcGIS.AxControls, Version=9.2.3.1380,  Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=8fc3cc631e44ad86' or one of its dependencies.  系统找不到指定的文件。

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.

经过调试，发现，代码是没问题的，后来想起来，是不是开发arcgis engine .net  sdk与runtime没有同步，马上找到补丁，将runtime升级
安装 ArcGISEngine92sp1.msp，测试了下，不对，有点灰心。。。不管那么多，
再安装ArcGISEngine92sp3.msp，测试了下，对了。。
