eclipse无法在线install new software的解决办法

今天想装maven，不知道是公司的网络使用代理还是什么问题，各种尝试始终都是停留在pending阶段，进度永远是2%，就想有没有offline的安装包方法。

发现方法如下（就是手动下载包，然后安装的）：

Alternatively, if you prefer to install from an offline update site zip, you can download one and use that instead of a remote http URL as in the screenshot above.

a) Download an Update Site Zip, but DO NOT UNZIP IT.

b) As in step 5 above, when Eclipse starts, go to Help > Install New Software... > Add... However, in this case you should press the Archive... button and browse for the update site zip you downloaded.
