Dictionary<string, DataRow>  _dic_base = _dt_base.Rows.Cast<DataRow>().ToDictionary(x => ((DateTime)x["gettime"]).ToString("yyyy-MM-dd"), x =>x);

dataTable 转List 转Dictionary
