服务器环境：

[xxx@build-cloud-okqvd personal]$ python3 -V
Python 3.4.9
[xxx@build-cloud-okqvd personal]$ django-admin.py --version
2.0.13       
[xxx@build-cloud-okqvd personal]$ cat /etc/redhat-release 
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.5 (Maipo)

$ django-admin.py startproject alice_django_cbts

$ cd alice_django_cbts/

$ python3 manage.py startapp build_info

修改urls.py，settings.py， build_info目录下views.py和urls.py之后，

启动django服务：python3 manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8080

在浏览器中打开访问即可：http://ip_addr:8080
