Invoke中接口方法不能重名

出现错误：

在WEB配置文件中me-manaInfo-service应用服务器配置信息中地址eirs.me.manaInfo.assessment.service.AveragePowerService端口queryAvgPower对应的SSL端口没有配置

错误原因：接口中方法重载了，不能重载
