Problem description: 

the Free trail for powershell server its max connection count is 1. Once the license trial is out of date, it prompts that you cannot startup the powershellServer applicaition.

 

whatever you push "start" button, the server cannot be running at all. the solution is to fix this issue, it is that 

1. uninstall origianl PowerShell Server, and re-install PowerShell Server, when to use the trail license , please choose N as your option

Go to "Server Settigs" -> Generate , which is helping to generate a certification and download the certification file to powershellServer installation directory "C:\Program Files\nsoftware\PowerShell Server 2016"
