1.下载nginx

下载最新版的nginx免安装包：http://nginx.org/en/download.html

2.修改nginx.conf配置文件

使用命令行命令netstat -aon|findstr 9876 ，查看端口9876是否被进程占用。

如果没有显示信息，表示9876端口没被占用。

启动命令，start nginx或者nginx.exe

打开地址http://localhost:9876/index.html

在F:\7Temp\release\nginx-1.20.2\html 新建data.txt文件。
