Spring配置文件标签报错：The prefix "XXX" for element "XXX:XXX" is not bound.

遇到第二次了，有一次是tx，这次是The prefix "context" for element "context:annotation-config" is not bound.

这种情况是因为没有申明该标签，然后就使用了。解决方发是，在配置文件头部加入相应的信息即可。eg:
