ScrollView 嵌套 Recyclerview 滑动冲突

出现的问题：

1.ScrollView 嵌套 Recyclerview 滑动冲突
2. 被嵌套的Recyclerview 高度不够

解决方案：

将 ScrollView 组件替换成 NestedScrollView

所在包名：android.support.v4.widget.NestedScrollView
