本地安装的文件很难下载，经常报404 ，文件找不到。

在线安装可以安装was liberty插件。

Use Eclipse to develop anddeploy applications to Liberty.

1. Downloadand installEclipse4.5.1 for Java EE Developers (Mars SR1).

2. InstallWebSphere Developer Tools into Eclipse using one of the followingmethods:

   • Online:Dragand drop the Install button on to the toolbar in Eclipse, thenfollow the prompts:
     
     
     

   • Local:Downloadthe update site to install later:
     Download

3. In theServers view of Eclipse, right-click to create a new Liberty server.Follow the steps in the wizard, which includes the option todownload and install the Liberty runtime.
