创建窗口函数，函数返回一个窗口句柄；

第一个参数表示指向窗口类名称的指针；

第二个参数为显示在窗口标题栏中的文本；

第三个参数表示窗口的属性；

第四第五第六第七个参数指出了窗口的初始位置；

第八个参数表示窗口是父窗口还是子窗口，父窗口设为NULL；

第九个参数表示窗口菜单，没有则设为NULL；

第十个为被创建的窗口的句柄，作为winmain的参数传递进来的；

第十一个个参数为创建参数指针，可以用这个指针访问以后想要应用的程序中的数据
