解决方法：
将

String url = "jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/jdbc_learn";

改成

String url = "jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/jdbc_learn?characterEncoding=utf8&useSSL=false&serverTimezone=UTC&rewriteBatchedStatements=true";

原因：mysql8.0版本以上需要修改成上面那样
