出现此问题原因是内存分配过小导致。

处理方法1：设置VM option 大小：-XX:PermSize=256m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m -Xss2m

处理方法2：修改ideaIU-2017.1.4.win\bin\idea64.exe.vmoptions 配置的内存大小
