在xml文件中加入命名空间

这是spring的核心配置文件，添加jpa命名空间不走如下：

1.加入xmlns:jpa="http://www.springframework.org/schema/data/jpa"

2.在xsi:schemaLocation的内容中加入：

http://www.springframework.org/schema/data/jpa http://www.springframework.org/schema/data/jpa/spring-jpa-1.3.xsd
